केजरीवाल पहले अपने नेता अश्विनी कुमार की सात मांगे पूरी करें फिर सवाल करे मोदी से-

1. खालिद परवेज और युद्धबीर खयालिया जैसे करप्ट लोगों का टिकट वापस लिया जाए और सभी करप्ट पॉलिटिशन जैसे नवीन जिंदल का विरोध किया जाए।

2. आशुतोष, सविता भट्टी, डॉ. राजन सुशांत जैसे अवसरवादी लोग, जो 8 दिसंबर के बाद पार्टी से जुड़े, का टिकट रद्द किया जाए।

3. राजमोहन गांधी, आदर्श शास्त्री जैसे पैराशूट कैंडिडेट्स की जगह स्थानीय लोगों को टिकट दिया जाए।

4. मेधा पाटकर, गोपाल राय, आलोक अग्रवाल, कमल चेनॉय, सोनी सोरी जैसे नक्सल और माओवादी समर्थकों के टिकट वापस लिए जाएं।

5. आतंकवादियों और अलगाववादियों का समर्थन करने वाले कमाल फारुकी, संदीप पांडे, रजा मुजफ्फर जैसे लोगों को टिकट न दिया जाए।

6. सीआईए और फोर्ड फाउंडेशन से फंड पाने वालों मीरा सान्याल, एडमिरल रामदास और सारा जोसेफ के टिकट वापस हों।

7. नैशनल काउंसिल और संस्थापक सदस्यों की बैठक बुलाकर संशोधन वापस लिए जाएं, शक्ति का विकेंद्रीकरण हो और पार्टी में स्वराज लागू करें।

केजरीवाल के समर्थक एक पोस्ट नहीं झेल पाए जिसमें केजरीवाल के खिलाफ आधा सच आधा झूठ लिखा था। कभी मोदी के बारे में सोचा है जो सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देश पर चली जांच में निर्दोष पाए जाने पर भी तुम जैसे अंध भक्तों की निरंतर गालियाँ सुनते रहते हुए भी देश हित में काम करता रहता है?

Where does the AAP get such arbitrary 'information' from?

1. Do you see "Ambani" or "Adani" written on this helicopter being used by Narendra Modi? I don't. Where does the AAP get such arbitrary 'information' from? Any RTI?

2. Are there only two businessmen in India who can supply a politician with helicopters? If they are capable of arm-twisting that politician, wouldn't he look for other businessmen who can help?

3. The AAP gets donations from a few lakh supporters (officially/online). [One does not know how that proves it does not take donations offline or without receipt, but let's believe they are honest.] So its honcho Arvind Kejriwal rides a WagonR, its poetDr. Kumar Vishwas travels by an Innova and its eminent lawyer Prashant Bhushan has as many houses in India as the number of places one can visit in a tour. The BJP gets donations from crores of supporters. So its PM candidate travels by a helicopter. What's the problem?

4. As a politician why would you want to sell misery instead of hope? India is aspiration. Let the people look up to their leader and think, "Some day, I will lead a life like him." Lifestyle of Indians as witnessed in the last 67 years of independence proves that they do not follow Gandhi in practice, no matter what sermons they deliver for political mileage.

Yesterday's AAP drama aimed to remove focus from the following expose:

This report was filed at 11 am. The press conference was held at 2 pm. To the journalists who had gathered at the Press Club, dissenter Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay disclosed a hell lot of skeletons in the AAP closet.

Upadhyay alleged:
1. AAP candidate from Moradabad Khalid Pervez bought his ticket for Rs 1 crore;

2. Out of 70 Lok Sabha election contestants that the party has declared so far, 64 were pre-decided; no primary was held for the purpose as promised and as mandated in the party constitution; 10,170 applications have been submitted so far;

3. Binayak Sen has been indicted by a High Court and not yet exonerated by the Supreme Court. How can he be a part of the AAP's police reforms committee?

4. Raja Muzaffar Bhat, a former member of the PDP, had campaigned to secure release of Parliament House attack convict Afzal Guru and 26/11 convict Ajmal Qasab. Giving him the ticket for the central Kashmir seat of Srinagar-Budgam makes the AAP a supporter of terrorism.

5. He has written to the party high command to deny ticket to Maoist Sabyasachi Panda from Odisha or anywhere else, the chances of which are high as per the discussions being held in the party. The Maoist joined the party fold recently.

6. The AAP's internal lokpal Admiral (retired) Laxminarayan Ramdas and his family have links with the Ford Foundation. It is funny that he is supposed to decide whether the allegations of corruption against Mayank Gandhi are correct. Kavita N Ramdas, the eldest daughter of Admiral Ramdas, is the head of Ford foundation in South Asia. Admiral Ramdas’s wife Leela Ramdas is the chief of committee constituted under the Vishakha Guidelines. Ramdas is also a recipient of Ramon Magsaysay Award. This family is part of a lobby that worked towards securing this award for Arvind Kejriwal as well.

AAP founding member revolts, says party has CIA links

Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay, a member of the AAP National Council, suspects his party — or its leadership at least — has connections with the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).


Upadhyay is addressing a Press conference at 2 pm at the Press Club of India on Wednesday. Earlier, he contacted this correspondent on several occasions over the phone saying he wished to get in touch with all founding members of the party who were dissatisfied with the way the party had been functioning (about 50 of the 300 National Council members are either sulking or have resigned).


How Arvind Kejriwal fooled his supporters


It now transpires that Upadhyay is not a ticket seeker who is cross with the party for being denied a chance to contest in the coming Lok Sabha elections. His email addressed to the Prime Minister, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha and Minister for Home Affairs among others, shows that his concern is nationalistic.


Titled, ‘Antinational activities of CIA, ISI, Ford Foundation & foreign funded Indian NGOs & Individuals’, Upadhyay’s email dated March 4 reads (unedited),

Hours after the email above, Upadhyay sent an email addressed to party national convener Arvind Kejriwal with copies to other senior members of the party. It is titled ‘National First (sic) Party Next and Self Last.’ It reads (unedited):


Dear Arvind Ji,


» Many National Council & founder members requested for 2-3 days National Council meet but it was held just for 1 day i.e. 31st January and entire time spent in speech only & time not given to National council & founder members to put their views.


» I tried to meet you many times after national council meet to discuss these issues with you personally but you couldn’t spare 10 minutes time for this.


» I emailed you 6 letter after the national council meet but you not replied any one. Then I mailed you again these and CC to national executives also.


» National First Party Next and Self Last is my conviction of life. Now I am putting my letters in public domain. PFA my letters dated 1st, 4th, 6th, 8th, 11th & 13th.

About an hour prior to the above email, he had written another to the AAP leadership with similar content. He thought his address to the high command was not being taken with the seriousness it deserved. Hence, he sent another.


A copy each of Upadhyay’s emails is in the possession of this correspondent.


Upadhyay was apparently trying to forge a lobby within the party. A lawyer by profession, he has been inviting frustrated and disgruntled elements of the party to his chamber at the Supreme Court campus. Now that internal pressure has failed to work on the AAP high command, he has decided to bring the issue out in the public domain.


Modi has a case, Kejriwal does not


However, Upadhyay clarified to this correspondent that today’s Press conference addressed by him is to stage an open protest against the AAP’s act of giving election tickets to ‘anti-nationals’ like Raja Muzaffar Bhat, who had protested the hanging of Parliament House attack convict Afzal Guru, in Kashmir and Maoist leader Sabyasachi Panda in Odisha.


Upadhyay will hold another Press conference by the end of this week to cover the issue of the AAP’s suspected CIA connection. He has been associated with Arvind Kejriwal’s NGO Parivartan and Manish Sisodia’s NGO Kabir since their formative days.


The AAP national council comprises all its founding members who attended its national convention held on November 24, 2012 to adopt the party constitution. Begun with a strength of 300, its numbers are now fluid, as every now and then some or the other founding member is resigning.

रिलायंस ने आप पर ठोका 100 करोड़ का मानहानि केस

मुंबई। रिलायंस इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर (आरइंफ्रा) ने बंबई उच्च न्यायालय में आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) के खिलाफ 100 करोड़ रूपये की मानहानि का मंगलवार को मुकदमा दायर किया है। अरविंद केजरीवाल की अगुवाई वाली पार्टी ने आरोप लगाया था कि आरइंफ्रा ने महाराष्ट्र विद्युत नियामकीय आयोग (एमईआरसी) के साथ मिलीभगत कर उपभोक्ताओं से अधिक शुल्क वसूला था। न्यायमूर्ति एस.जे. कथावाला ने याचिका विचारार्थ स्वीकार करते हुए पार्टी के तीन प्रतिनिधियों को 7 मार्च को अदालत के समक्ष पेश होने का निर्देश दिया। आम आदमी पार्टी की संयोजक अंजलि दमनिया, प्रीति शर्मा मेनन और सतीश जैन को अदालत में पेश होने को कहा गया है।
